1. UK Delivery Options

Standard Delivery — £3.95
• Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase
• Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days
• Includes Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and the Highlands (please allow extra time for remote areas)

Express Delivery — £5.95
• Order before 3 PM, Monday–Friday
• Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days
• Orders after 3 PM will be processed the next working day

Next Day Delivery — £5.95
• Available for UK mainland only
• Order before 3 PM, Monday–Friday
• Excludes Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, and Highlands
• Orders placed after 3 PM are processed the next working day

Note: Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.

Do you deliver to remote locations?
Yes, we deliver to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and the Highlands. Please allow a little extra time.

What if I’m not home?
Your courier will leave instructions for redelivery or local collection.

What if my order hasn’t arrived?
